Nurol Makina, Nadicorp Sign MoU for Production of 4×4 Armoured Vehicles in Malaysia

Nurol Makina, a leading Turkish manufacturer of tactical wheeled armoured vehicles, and Malaysia-based Nadicorp Holdings Sdn. Bhd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at DSA 2026 to expand their strategic cooperation.

This new agreement marks a significant milestone in the long-standing partnership between the two companies and establishes a framework for the local production of 4×4 armoured vehicles in Malaysia, as well as their export to regional markets across Asia.

The partnership between Nurol Makina and Nadicorp has already delivered a tangible and highly visible success. As the first outcome of this collaboration, 20 Panthera 4×4 (Ejder Yalçın 4×4) armoured vehicles were successfully delivered and are currently deployed by the Malaysian contingent within the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).

This milestone project was completed with full satisfaction, demonstrating the operational reliability, performance, and mission readiness of Nurol Makina platforms under real field conditions. The successful deployment has not only strengthened the operational capabilities of the Malaysian Armed Forces but has also generated significant recognition both in Malaysia and across the region.

Building on this proven success, the partnership is now entering a new phase. The continued cooperation between Nurol Makina and Nadicorp is evolving into a broader strategic alliance – aimed at addressing Malaysia’s future defence requirements while simultaneously positioning both companies to respond effectively to the growing demand across regional markets.

Nurol Makina’s battle-proven platforms, including the Ejder Yalçın 4×4 and NMS 4×4, have been introduced to the Malaysian market through close cooperation with Nadicorp, positioning both companies as strong contenders in ongoing and future procurement programs.

The MoU signed at DSA 2026 reflects a shared vision to move beyond traditional supply models and establish a sustainable, localized industrial capability in Malaysia.

Under the scope of this cooperation:

  • Selected 4×4 vehicle platforms will be locally produced in Malaysia
  • Technology transfer and industrial capability development will be prioritized
  • Malaysia will serve as a regional hub for exports to Asian markets

This initiative aligns with Malaysia’s strategic objectives to strengthen its domestic defence industry and enhance self-reliance, while also enabling both companies to address growing demand across the Asia-Pacific region.

Both parties emphasized that this agreement represents not only a business opportunity but also a long-term strategic partnership based on trust, shared expertise, and mutual growth. Nurol Makina brings decades of engineering excellence and global operational experience, with its vehicles actively serving in more than 20 countries worldwide. Nadicorp contributes strong local presence, market knowledge, and established relationships within Malaysia’s defence ecosystem.

Together, the companies aim to deliver high-quality, mission-ready solutions tailored to regional requirements while contributing to the development of Malaysia’s defence industrial base.
